Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

PoxyTop® warrants that its epoxy resin products are manufactured to high quality standards and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment when used under normal commercial conditions and in accordance with published instructions.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers:
   •    Manufacturing defects in resin or hardener components
   •    Products that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship prior to use
At its discretion, PoxyTop® will:
   •    Replace the defective product, or
   •    Refund the purchase price of the defective product
This warranty is limited strictly to the product itself.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover failures or damage caused by:
   •    Improper mixing ratios
   •    Inadequate surface preparation
   •    Application errors
   •    Environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, moisture)
   •    Improper curing conditions
   •    Contamination
   •    Improper storage
   •    Misuse, abuse, or negligence
   •    Normal wear and tear
   •    Cosmetic issues resulting from application technique
   •    Damage to finished surfaces, substrates, labor, or other materials
Epoxy performance is highly dependent on proper use and environmental conditions; therefore, results may vary.

Limitations of Liability
PoxyTop® shall not be liable for:
   •    Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   •    Loss of profits or business interruption
   •    Labor costs
   •    Removal or reinstallation costs
   •    Damage to property or surfaces beyond the product itself
The sole remedy under this warranty is replacement or refund of the product, at PoxyTop®’s discretion.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with:
   •    Proof of purchase
   •    Product batch/lot information (if available)
   •    Description of the issue
   •    Photos of the product prior to use (if applicable)

Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the product was purchased.
